Stress is not just a psychological or physical phenomenon - we cannot look at it one-sidedly, so I also look at the human being as a unit. I work with you to develop tailor-made solutions that work for you and your life without creating additional stress. 

 

I know stress and its many faces - up close and personal. From my life and from the lives of the people I love or work with. I know how high the price of unhealthy stress management can be. That's why it's important to me to help you and show you that everyone can learn to deal with stress and emotions in a healthy way.

In my work I combine the most effective tools and insights from stress and behavioral research, positive psychology, solution-oriented coaching, embodiment, mindfulness and relaxation training, emotional intelligence, neuroscience and holistic health teaching.

Sometimes all you need is a new perspective. A view from the outside.

 

The consultation hour is a one-time consultation. Do you have questions, are unsure about the assessment or have a problem that you cannot solve on your own? I will give you tips, tools and concrete advice that you can implement immediately.

Hypnotherapy

Not magic, but a craft: Many know hypnosis as magic from TV appearances. In fact, hypnotherapy is a very old and proven healing method, the application and effectiveness of which has been proven by a large number of clinical studies. 

Hypnosis puts you in a state of deepest relaxation (trance). The trance facilitates the conscious communication with the subconscious, so that your target formulations schcan be reached more quickly and easily. But you retain control at all times. Hypnosis helps you gain more effective access to your
to reach the subconscious.

IIn hypnotherapy we use the power of the subconscious, ihe controls over 95% of all our actions, such as all emotions and all automatic processes in the body. So it not only affects habits, but also body temperature, digestion, stress response, etc.

In 21 days you will learn how to develop new behaviors with ease and anchor them in everyday life.

What happens if I am interested in your offer?

Where does the coaching take place?

I mainly work online (via Zoom), but also offer face-to-face coaching in Zurich or Küsnacht, ZH. (indoor or in nature)

 

What are the benefits of online coaching?

Scientific studies (e.g. University of Zurich, ZHAW) have proven that online coaching is at least as effective as conventional face-to-face conversations. You are geographically independent and do not lose time traveling. I offer flexible online coaching in the evenings and on weekends. Spontaneous appointments are also possible. Discreet and safe.

How long does a coaching last?
There are different coaching packages of 4, 6, 9  or 12 sessions. A session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.

 

What is the difference between coaching and consultation hours?
Coaching is a process. Together, we will work out your goals and I will accompany you on the way to them. Consultation hour is a one-time consultation. You come to me with your request and I will give you specific tips and tools that you can then implement yourself.

Can Anyone Be Hypnotized?
If you are neurologically and mentally healthy, there is no reason why you cannot be hypnotized unless you resist it, i.e. don't really want it. Successful hypnosis needs 3 prerequisites:

1. You want it and you go for it.

2. You trust the person hypnotizing you.

3. You believe that you can go into hypnosis.

 

Will I fall asleep during hypnotherapy? Am I helpless? Can you manipulate me during hypnosis?

No, don't worry, you're always there and can decide at any time to get out of the hypnosis trance. In the preliminary talk we will discuss all the content and also the words that we will use during the trance.
